OUR HISTORY

Built after the fire of 1900. Reborn after the fire of 2012.

The Grand Saloon & Hotel opened in 1903, when Whiskey Row was rebuilt in brick and stone. In 1949 the Holiday Shop curio store opened downstairs, and the upstairs became The Highland Hotel.

What are check-in and check-out times?

 

Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.

 

Where do I park?

 

In the free city garage at 135 S Granite St, directly behind the hotel. Street parking downtown is free too, but not between 2:00 and 5:00 AM.

 

Are the rooms on the ground floor?

 

All guest rooms are upstairs and reached by stairs only.

 

Can I book a group of rooms or the whole hotel?

 

Yes. Call us at (928) 776-9963 and we will help with group blocks and full buyouts.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

 

Cancel at least 72 hours ahead. A $35 per room advance payment is non-refundable. Major event weekends have a 30-day policy.
